Virtual Counseling Services
— Viktor Frankl
My journey to becoming a mental health counselor was inspired by a lifelong passion for helping others heal and reconnect with themselves. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Pre-Law from Central Penn College and spent several years working in corporate America. During that time, I served clients in personal injury law, imports and distribution, and compliance.
I understand firsthand the pressures, high stakes, and emotional demands that come with high-pressure careers—especially when you are also trying to balance professional success with family life. It was through this experience that I realized I wanted to support people in a deeper way, helping them not just succeed but truly heal.
I pursued my Master’s Degree in Counseling at Nova Southeastern University and became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida. I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC). In addition, I hold certifications in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Anxiety Treatment. I actively participate in the Florida Mental Health Counseling Association and the Mental Health Counselors Association of West Palm Beach.
My clinical experience spans working with adolescents and adults across the lifespan, supporting clients through challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, emotional regulation, and personal growth. I have facilitated group therapy focused on anger management, emotional processing, and social skills development, particularly for teens navigating interpersonal challenges and self-esteem issues.
I have worked in private practice settings including South Florida Counseling and Assessment in Fort Lauderdale, the Center for Psychological Services in Hollywood, and the Psychological Wellness Center in Lake Worth. I have also provided contracted services to the Miami-Dade School District and Oxbridge Academy, where I supported students within educational environments.
My clinical journey began with a prestigious internship at the Faulk Center for Counseling, a well-regarded nonprofit training facility known for its excellence in clinical development. The center is renowned for providing in-depth, evidence-based training under the supervision of seasoned clinicians. During my time there, I received extensive experience working with diverse populations through both individual and group counseling. I was trained in a range of therapeutic modalities and benefited from intensive supervision and clinical feedback, which greatly shaped my skill set and therapeutic approach.
Continued learning is very important to me. I stay current with the latest research, evidence-based theories, and clinical tools so I can offer the best support possible to my clients.
I provide virtual therapy for adults across Florida who are navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or long-standing patterns that feel hard to shift. Many of my clients are moving through significant changes—such as divorce, career transitions, relationship struggles, or personal growth into new stages of life.
If you are managing complicated family dynamics, working to set healthy boundaries, or coping with unresolved wounds, you are not alone. Therapy can help you build new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I work especially well with clients who often feel pressure to remain composed, provide for others, or suppress their emotional needs. Together, we create a space where those expectations can be explored honestly and without judgment—opening the door to emotional insight, deeper connection, and a renewed sense of self.
Many of the individuals I support appear high-functioning on the outside but internally are carrying anxiety, self-doubt, burnout, or grief. Some feel stuck in patterns of people-pleasing or perfectionism. Others are simply looking for clarity, resilience, and emotional growth during times of transition.
My greatest strength as a therapist is creating a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel deeply heard, understood, and supported. I believe that true healing happens when you feel safe enough to explore your emotions and vulnerabilities at your own pace.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I blend practical tools with deeper emotional work, using evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Attachment-Based Therapy.
You can expect our sessions to be a partnership—where your voice matters and where each step we take is aligned with what feels right for you. Together, we will work toward helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and the life you want to build.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: therapy should be a space where you are respected, empowered, and seen for who you truly are.
